Our services
We combine education, training, and social work ethics to create supportive environments that celebrate human diversity, promote inclusion, and inspire meaningful, lasting change.
Neuro-Affirming Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Our Neuro-Affirming Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is uniquely designed to support neurodivergent employees by addressing their cognitive, sensory, and emotional needs in a way that fosters understanding, empowerment, and genuine inclusion. Unlike traditional EAPs, which often focus solely on mental health concerns such as stress, anxiety, and depression, our program takes a comprehensive approach that considers the distinct experiences and requirements of neurodivergent individuals.
Workplaces that embrace neurodiversity benefit from the unique strengths, perspectives, and talents of neurodivergent employees. However, these individuals often face systemic barriers that limit their ability to thrive. To address these challenges, our Neuro-Affirming EAP combines practical solutions with neuroaffirming principles, ensuring that employees receive the support they need to flourish both personally and professionally.
This program provides tailored coaching to identify and implement workplace accommodations, strategies, and assistive technologies that align with an individual’s strengths and goals. It also focuses on navigating workplace dynamics, including sensory environments and communication styles, to foster collaboration and inclusivity. Additionally, we offer emotional and cognitive support to address the stress and anxiety that often arise from workplace exclusion or unmet needs, enabling employees to regain focus and build resilience.
Our Neuro-Affirming EAP is informed by both professional expertise and lived experience, ensuring that the support we provide is practical, meaningful, and grounded in respect for individuality. By integrating training for managers and teams, we also help organisations build environments where neurodivergent employees feel understood and empowered to contribute fully.
Investing in a Neuro-Affirming EAP allows organisations to move beyond box-ticking approaches to inclusion, creating a culture that values diversity and promotes innovation, productivity, and well-being. This approach not only supports neurodivergent employees but also strengthens the entire workplace community.
ADHD social work Coaching and Counselling

Our work is grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience, ensuring the support we offer is inclusive, respectful, and tailored to your needs.

Our approach focuses on addressing these environmental factors and co-creating client-centred strategies that build on your strengths and align with your values. Through reflection and practical tools, we help you understand your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, allowing you to better articulate your needs and goals.
Our coaching incorporates Clean Language and Positive Communication techniques to make interactions accessible and easy to engage with. We also use tools like Transactional Analysis to foster better understanding and collaboration in relationships. The focus is always on celebrating your strengths and exploring possibilities to create meaningful solutions.
We take a holistic approach, recognising the role your environment plays in shaping your well-being. By working with you we aim to create supportive environments that meet your needs and allows you to thrive.
Our approach to ADHD coaching and neuroaffirming counselling are designed to help you embrace your strengths, navigate challenges, and achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes in a way that reflects your unique journey. We are here to support you every step of the way!
Training and Development
We provide training and development services to help workplaces and service providers embrace neurodiversity and build inclusive environments. Our programs are practical, meaningful, and shaped by professional expertise, lived experience, and a commitment to social work values.
Neurodivergent individuals make up a significant part of the Australian workforce. In 2024, 12% of employees at the Australian Bureau of Statistics identified as neurodivergent. Similarly, the 2023 Australian Public Service Employee Census found that 7.7% of respondents identified as neurodivergent, with an additional 11.5% unsure.
Despite their presence, neurodivergent individuals face higher unemployment and underemployment compared to their neurotypical peers. This highlights the need for workplaces to adopt inclusive practices that address systemic and environmental barriers, ensuring all employees can thrive.
Our training programs equip organisations with the knowledge and tools to create environments that support diverse ways of thinking and working. Rather than focusing on compliance or surface-level solutions, we promote meaningful change through reflection, adaptability, and respect for individuality. We assist organisations to explore how policies, culture and interpersonal dynamics influence inclusion.
Whether through workshops, consultations or ongoing development, our training is tailored to the unique needs of your workplace or service. By addressing barriers and creating supportive spaces, organisations can unlock the potential of neurodivergent employees, leading to increased innovation, productivity, and employee well-being.
